ALABAMA CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION

MILITARY LEGISLATIVE SCORECARD

AS OF: MAY 1, 2008

The following is an updated scorecard of the Alabama Congressional Delegation with reference to co-sponsorship of current legislation, which requires the support of all military personnel and their dependents and/or survivors. Provided is an abbreviated identification of the selected bill numbers under the "Senate Bills" and "House Bills" tables. On the MOAA National website at http://moaa.org/Legislative information that is more detailed is available. The "Y" and "N" under each bill number indicate whether the named legislator is a co-sponsor of the legislation. A shaded area indicates a newly added bill or a changed in status from the previous scorecard. Constituents need to contact the "N" legislators and urge them to become a co-sponsor. Just as important, do not forget to express your appreciation to those who have a "Y" by their name.
